Amazon will pay college fees for 7.5 lakh workers

This online giant has adopted a new approach to attract and retain employees.
In a blog post, Amazon says it will invest $ 1.2 billion in the project. Employees will be able to receive annual funding as long as they are in Amazon.
Earlier, Walmart and Target had made such offers to the employees.
